As one of our Client Communications Specialists, Alex is the first point of contact for many of the calls we receive from current and potential clients, other attorneys, law enforcement groups, vendors, and others interested in the life-saving work we do.

She has a Master’s degree in contemporary Latin-American literature from Baylor University and specializes in providing top-notch service to our clients through compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic communication in both English and Spanish.

Her exceptional communication skills and a passion for service have been the unwavering constants throughout her professional development. Her primary function at this time is to ensure that all calls are returned promptly within 24 hours, but with her commitment to excellence and honest dedication to our clients’ wellbeing, we look forward to seeing her take on expanding roles and grow with our team!
